A creature of gold and ebony lifted his head. His eyes were searching, searching for followers. Felines of all species and sizes lay scattered around the land. One of them, maybe more, would be lucky enough to join his pride by the end of the day. But did anyone here have the right metal to follow him to where he was going?
A growl filled the air around Zuberi. Turning his head a little, the leopard saw a cheetah male staring at him. The male was obviously threatening him, but why? Moving his orbs to the other direction, Zu saw a pretty little cheetah female. He huffed at how idiotic the male was and moved on. He had no interest in any female that was not a leopard. He was pure, noble, kingly. To have offspring that were a mix would be traitorous to his position. Besides, he had always thought the cheetahs were pitiful little scrawny creatures who looked half-starved even when they were full.
Sighing, Zuberi found a spot off to the side where he could watch all that was going on. He would just have to wait until his new pride member found him.
